Love exploring new foods and learning all about animals? Then you need to visit #SeaWorldSanDiego. Yes, SeaWorld is now open! Over the weekend we got invited to experience the park for the first time after what seemed like ages ago. We got to experience their New Rescue Tails Show, sample delicious food from their all new Seven Seas Food Festival, and have a safe and social distant meet and greet with some of our favorite Sesame Street Characters. Most importantly, we were able to enjoy the spacious open park in a safe manner. Im excited to share with your our family visit, tips, and everything you can do to enjoy your day to the fullest.
Seven Seas Food Festival
Im going to start by sharing with you all about SeaWorlds Seven Seas Food Festival because well...I love food. The festival is running now through May 2 2021 so theres still time to get your tickets. We are a family who loves to explore new flavors so we knew this was something we would all have a great time exploring. Have picky eaters? with 125 Flavors, 25 unique recipes from around the world, 75 local craft brews and 25 cocktails and wines you are GUARANTEED to find something everyone in the family can enjoy. It's the biggest theme park food festival in San Diego! They have flavors of SoCal, Vegan Market, Mexico, Polynesia, Italy, Mediterranean, France, Caribbean, Bahamas Bar and more. Not to mention many local and international breweries. We tasted food from almost all locations with the exception of the vegan market, but isn't it cool that they have that option?

NEW Rescue Tails Show
This was one of our favorite shows! Not only do you get to see some amazing animals but you get to hear their rescue stories. They call them SeaWorld’s Conservation Ambassadors, which I think is adorable. Not only do you hear the animals story but you also get to learn all about SeaWorld’s commitment to animal care and rescue. Here are some of the animals we got to see and learn about!
These shows run on select times and days vary!
Want to meet these guys up close and personal? For $14.99 per person for ages 3 and up, you can enjoy reserved seating for the show and after the show get up close to these rescued animals during a 15 minute encounter. So cool right? Online reservations are highly recommended before you visit since limited spots are available.
Sesame Street Meet and Greet
We got to enjoy physically distant photo opportunities with everyone’s favorite Sesame Street friends. We got to see no other than Elmo and Zoe.
