Knott's Berry Farm did it again! This time it was to celebrate the Merriest season of all, Christmas! Knott's Taste Of Merry Farm is a safe and delicious food tasting event we were fortunate enough to be invited to. During the day, miles of festive garland and beautiful Poinsettias decorated the park and at sun down thousands of twinkling lights turned on to serve as a perfect and magical backdrop to the tastiest holiday foods around! If you love the holidays and delicious food like we do, this event is a must. Let me show you why.
Food & Drinks
There were over 60 unique food and drink items offered throughout the park so there is something for EVERYONE. I would have loved to try it all but here's what we narrowed it down to in order from left to right. Nothing disappointed!
Turkey Dinner Tator Tots topped with turkey, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce

The only way to experience this limited time Knott's Taste of Merry Farm event, is with a tasting card purchased in advance at knotts.com (a tasting card is required for event entry). Do you know what you will be tasting first?
Pricing
Adult tasting cards (ages 12+) are priced at $40 (plus tax) and will
include five food tastings, and Junior tasting cards (ages 3-11), including three food tastings, are $20 (plus tax). Tasting cards are date specific and must be purchased online at knotts.com or through the Knott's Berry Farm mobile app prior to the date of visit. To maintain proper physical distancing of guests, Knott's Taste of Merry Farm tasting cards are being limited each day and are selling out fast.
Santa Pictures & Character Sightings
Of course we could not have a Christmas celebration without visiting Santa for a picture, a social distant picture of course! Wilderness Dance Hall was transformed into Santas Christmas Cabin and it was beautiful! I recommend you head out to Santas Cabin as soon as you enter the park because pictures are taken by reservation only and spots fill up fast. This coming week, guest will be able to buy photo packages online for those wanting to make reservations for Santa before visiting the park. Once inside you have the option of purchasing a picture or you can have them take one with your own camera/phone. Also, after each picture the sitting area is wiped down for the next guests!
We also had some fun Character sightings and socially distant pictures with Scrooge, Father Christmas, Nutcrackers and even Snoopy! Everyone was in character and very interactive with all guest. They definitely made it extra special!
Dates
Knott's Taste of Merry Farm will take place on select dates beginning November 20th through January 3rd. Don't wait to purchase tickets because dates are selling out fast!
Guests Safety
My family's health and safety is a high priority, specially during these times and it was evident that it's Knott's priority too! I can't begin to tell you how impressed we were with Knott's overall cleanliness and attention to detail. They did an amazing job keeping the whole park clean and safe for us all. From cleaning eating areas immediately after being used, to washing/hand sanitation stations throughout the park, we were highly impressed once again. All guest and employees were required to wear masks at all times except when sitting down to eat/drink. Temperatures were also checked prior to entering the park. They even had employees walking around with signs reminding everyone of masks and social distancing as well as announcements over the intercom. Bravo Knott's!
Holiday Shopping
They had wonderful one-of-a-kind stores filled with exclusive Knott's specialty items as well as some wonderful handmade, and personalized gifts from over 23 artisan local crafters. Perfect for some fun holiday shopping or a special memorable souvenir.
This was our second tasting event with Knott's Berry Farm this year and both times exceeded our expectations. I highly encourage you to visit for a day full of safe holiday cheer, delicious food and wonderful memories. Happy Holidays!
